JOELLE JARVIS

FOUNDER and HEAD COACH

Joelle Jarvis is an executive coach working at the intersection of mindset, strategy, and organizational reality, supporting many of today’s top founders and most respected investors - her client base manages over $250 billion in assets. She is the founder of The Mindset Partnership and creator of Life Lounge, a curated membership community and platform ecosystem for accomplished women leaders who are navigating the unique pressures that come with achievement, power, significant resources and high responsibility while craving an intimate, sophisticated peer group.

Known for her no-nonsense, reality-first approach, Joelle helps leaders see the world as it is—not as they wish it would be—so they can rise above current circumstances, interrupt limiting inner dialogue about how things “should” be, and move to the most powerful question: “Now what?” She focuses on catalyzing decisive action in the areas that matter most, guiding clients to align their choices with their deepest priorities and values.

For over 30 years, Joelle has been a trusted strategist and coach to partners in top venture capital and private equity firms, family offices, and impact-driven entrepreneurs, helping them make high-stakes decisions with clarity while staying grounded in their personal lives. She is also the co-founder of the 100 Billion Meals Challenge with Tony Robbins, a global initiative to end hunger that recently launched a new anthem inspired by the 40-year anniversaries of “We Are The World” and Live Aid, and unveiled The Next Verse artist collective with a premier track produced by Jimmy Jam, Terry Lewis, and Dr. Dre, featuring artists ranging from Kehlani to Stevie Wonder, Michael McDonald, Tank, and Taylor Dayne.
